Project Concept

The current apps to order pizza from this restaurant are very cumbersome and the order always comes faster when it is put through their own online ordering system or called in on the phone. I decided to come up with a better app to order pizza in a very simple, straightforward manner.

Research

I looked at a lot of online ordering apps such as Eat24, Order Up, Postmates, and Grub Hub as well as looking at Vito's current online ordering system.

Target Audience

Delivery customers of Vito's Pizza.

Design Solution

I decided to strip out all of the excess and bells and whistles and get back to the basics. Users can select the type of pizza they want, the size, their toppings, and then confirm their address and credit card. Streamlining the architecture of the app really makes the biggest difference between this app and its potential competitors. The clean interface reiterates simplicity.
