Research of competitors in the area as well as across the country led to the discovery of an industry behind the times in terms of web technology. The content of most of the sites was just as unstructured as BFF Pet Service's content before the redesign.
Target Audience
Pet parents experiencing issues, puppy parents needing basic training, and people researching to find a new dog or puppy.
Design Solution
I used a large hero image to attract attention to the core message of BFF Pet services. I wanted to use photos of dogs with their owners for a human connection. The goal is to establish Laurie as a person who cares about the relationship between dogs and their owners. I cleaned up the content structure so that everything is in a logical place with content that is easy to read.
